ARTIST 
I’ve been writing and performing music for as long as I can remember. My earliest memories are of creating music alone and with my brothers as a child growing up outside Philadelphia. These days, I write and record songs. I play and sing everything. I produce and reduce and mix it until it's right and then I put it out. I am sincerely grateful to those who listen. I don't think I will ever stop.  
  
PRODUCER / MIXER 
Before hardly anything was digital, I was recording and bouncing down music on two cassette players and a mixer just trying to make something happen. Many years later, I moved to Los Angeles, studied audio-engineering, and found a job at a recording studio starting at the absolute bottom of the ladder – making coffee, running to Burger King, doing unspeakable things – but I quickly worked my way up to chief engineer and a year or two later I was an independent Producer and Engineer as well as a professional Musician being awarded my first platinum record for playing guitar on the remix of Brandy’s hit single “Sitting Up In My Room” featuring LL Cool J. Over the years, I’ve produced and engineered for big name acts and hitmakers such as Bosko, Bone Thugs n' Harmony, Brandy, Britney Spears, DJ BattleCat, E-40, Chicago, Kurupt, Brian McKnight, Onyx, Puddle of Mudd, Snoop Dogg, Robin Thicke, The Temptations, and WC . 

COMPOSER/SONGWRITER 
My original music has been featured in film, television and almost any other media you can imagine. People often ask what kind of music I create and I have diverse influences so it's hard to say. Rock, pop, funk, hip-hop, alternative, jazz, blues, electronic, folk, classical, world music and country would be a good start. You just have to listen.  

In the end, I love a great song, so I aspire to write great songs. I love music that moves me, so I sit down and write music with the intention of moving the listener. I am fascinated by the possibility of what can happen in a 3 minute and 30 second song. Or a 1:30 instrumental. Or a :30 bumper. The silence is like a blank canvas waiting to be filled, and I am just that artist. 

MUSIC EDUCATOR

I am also the Music Director at Vernon Middle School in Montclair, California. In 2021, in partnership with Music Will (Musicwill.com), I  introduced the Modern Band *  program to the Ontario-Montclair School District.  Previously, I was the Music Director at the Kingsley Conservatory of Music, a public elementary school in the Ontario-Montclair School District, and was awarded 'Teacher of the Year' in 2020.  I am a music creator and I am always producing and writing music when I am outside of the classroom, but inspiring my young students to develop their musical talents and fostering a lifelong passion for music in them stands as one of my greatest achievements.
  

* Modern Band  teaches students to perform the music they know and love, as well as compose and improvise. Modern Band introduces the skills necessary for students to perform on electric guitar, electric bass, keyboard, drums, and vocals, as well as utilizing computers and music technology. Many styles of music are discussed, demonstrated and performed by students including rock, pop, reggae, hip-hop, rhythm & blues, electronic dance music, and other contemporary styles.
